چکیده
One of the factors that influence patient satisfaction with health services is communication by workers. The implementation nursing care never separated from interaction process occurs between nurses and clients because based on a caring helping relationship, in this relationship good needed. Effective quality are contribute to satisfaction. Clients as users demand accordance their rights, namely complete services. will complain if perceived behavior does not provide for him. Objective: To determine effective nurse level client Inpatient Room. Methods: design study was correlational cross sectional approach. population were who treated an inpatient room, totaling 20. Random sampling technique, sample 17. Spearman's Rho correlation test = 0.05. Results: In 14 respondents (82.4%) implemented 3 (17.6%) had not/less satisfied ) satisfied. results Correlation Test obtained p value 0.000. conclusion significant. With Spearman 0.835, it shows there room.
